Holka is an AI assistant that reads across the third-party tools you connect and answers your questions with sources. By creating an account you agree to these terms. Holka is operated by Digital Colliers.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. One person or organisation per account unless agreed otherwise.
When you connect a third-party tool, you authorise Holka to access it on your behalf to answer your requests, subject to that provider's own terms. You may disconnect any tool at any time. You are responsible for having the right to connect the accounts and data you add.
Don't use Holka to break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to breach security, or process data you have no right to. Don't resell or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
Answers are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Holka is an assistant, not professional (legal, financial, medical) advice. Verify important outputs before relying on them.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holka is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using Holka and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
