What is a credit?
A credit tracks what an answer actually costs to run. A plain question is 1 to 2 credits, a typical answer that reaches into your tools is around 5, and a deep live web-research answer more. The meter in your profile shows the running total, and every answer shows what it used.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free includes 150 credits a month with no daily limit, all your tool connections, your knowledge base and source-cited answers, no credit card required.
What's the difference between Pro and Max?
Both are individual plans with everything Holka does; they differ by monthly credits. Pro is $29/month for 1,200 credits, Max is $99/month for 7,500, for heavier daily use.
What if I run out?
On Pro and Max you can buy usage credits any time, from $10 for 500, and they never expire. Turn on auto-reload to top up automatically within a monthly spend limit you set. Your plan allowance still refills on the 1st.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can upgrade, manage or cancel any time from your account, changes take effect immediately.
Do you offer team or multi-seat plans?
Yes, without a separate plan. Create a workspace, invite your team, and assign each person a Pro or Max seat, all on your one card. Each seat gets its own monthly credits (no shared pool) and each person still connects their own tools privately.
Is my data safe?
Holka is read-only by default; any write is shown to you for one-tap confirmation. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and your data stays inside your own tools.
